Now in it’s 5th year, Enchanted Parks is an outdoor arts event held in Gatesheads’s Saltwell Park over 5 nights every December. Produced by Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, it brings together not only fantastic regional artists and performers but, also gives emerging student talent from the universities a chance to shine (excuse the pun).

I should really have posted this earlier, but I’ll hold up my hands and admit I’m not the best at keeping my blogs up to date.

Over 2 days, at 11 Locations, with 7 models, 2 clients, 1 stylist and my assistant we produced a whole new batch of photography for marketing Newcastle Gateshead to the rest of the UK as a great place to come and shop, eat, drink or just soak up the sights.

Here’s a little taster of what we did.

Hi-Lights at Lumiere

Durham’s ‘Lumiere’ festival of light returned again this November and was even bigger and brighter than before. Part of this was due to the hard work and skills of the folks at Hi-Lights who provided much of the equipment and technical knowledge to the artists involved.

I’ve recently added the lovely folks at Cargo Creative to the list of agencies that I work with. This the first piece of work I’ve shot for them is for a North East based group who own several large and very modern car service centres across the region.

Tyneside Cinema

It’s great having regular work from internationally recognised brands but I still love picking up new locally based clients too. One such recent addition is Newcastle’s ‘Tyneside Cinema‘, a fantastic independent cinema right in the heart of the city that has been running since 1937!

Red Bull Mini Drome.

It’s always a pleasure and a honour when I’m asked to shoot for Red Bull, so when they approached me about covering their ‘Mini Drome’ fixed gear bike race up in Glasgow I was twice as excited as usual.

Sony Playstation

It’s always great to be approached by a new client, especially a big well known one. So when I was asked to do a job last weekend for Sony Playstation at the NEC I was rather happy.
